Proceeding Publication & Conference Associated Journals:

All the accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference abstract proceedings. All the authors are invited who wants to publish their full paper in SCOPUS (Elsevier), Web of Science™ Core Collection, ESCI, SCIE indexed journal. The fees given below towards article processing are as per the current price available with the respective journals. Price may vary little later on (if any). All journals are subject to the compliance with journal’s guidelines, terms and conditions.

Ethics to be followed by the Authors:
  • The authors should produce an accurate data of their original research without mentioning any fraudulent data.
  • They must provide the raw data of their paper as and when asked by the publisher.
  • Their work should be original and free of plagiarism.
  • They should not submit their journal to multiple publishers for publication, and stick to a single publisher.
  • In case of use of any hazards, animals, or human subjects, the author must describe in detail about the procedures, relevant laws, and ethics of WMA respectively.
  • If the author comes across any inaccuracy or error in his paper, he should bring it to immediate notice of the publisher or editor for rectification.
  • The author should avoid data invention, manipulation of data and results, and changing the meaning of data by using unnecessary images.
Publication Process:
  • International Journal Publication in SCOPUS (Elsevier), Web of Science™ Core Collection, ESCI, SCIE indexed Journals on the request by the author. In such case, it may take 4 to 6 months for the review and publication process. It can be higher than the mentioned dates (more than 6 months) if the queue for publication is long at the Publisher side.
  • For Scopus, Web of Science, ESCI, SCI, SCIE indexed journal is 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged USD 50 per page.
  • One regular registration (International Indexed Journal) is 8-10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged USD 5 per page.

* Note - Paper containing plag must be removed before sending it for publication. If the author unable to remove the plag from the paper then Publication will help them to reduce the plag and formt the paper the way it is required for publication in reputed indexed journal. Based upon your percent of plagiarism prices are different.

In the first instance, we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.

Submitting an Abstract
  • The maximum word limit for the abstract is 150-350 words.
  • Extended Abstract (800-1500 words) Should include Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion/Conclusion, and Recommendations with related references to be included in the proceedings of the EPRF Conference..
  • We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  • Your submission should be submitted in English and please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.
Submitting a Paper
  • Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references.
  • Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have your paper proof-read by an English speaking person. Papers will be returned if the standard of English is not considered to be good enough for publication.
  • All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
  • Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

You are invited to submit your full manuscript or original, plagiarism-free research paper before or after the conference. Journal details with review report will be notified by email after review. Payment in full must be made after the journal acceptance before processing your article for publication.

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You have to complete the Registration.
Registration Process
  • It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount on additional papers registration.
  • Send scanned copy of your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to to get the confirmation of registration.
  • Registration is not confirmed until and unless full payment is received. Payment must be made in USD (foreign authors. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
